Tonight we invited the Vanja family to ‘Norwegian Taco’. A little skepticism at first but eventually they become familiar with the taste and it goes away. We brought most of the raw materials from Norway except minced meat and salad, onions etc. The guys just loved the taste eventually, which we know the youth likes well before. We were asked to send them the recipe for the meat dough mixture, but only had to show them the taco seasoning that we had brought from Norway. What was Espelid Hovig saying, ‘just cheated a little’. But another fantastic evening with Vanja and the family. On Tuesday we are invited to Baba Ratka in Solnik. And on July 13 we are going to an island outside Burgas.
