Visit to Solnik Garden

24 degrees and warm by the pool. Finally a day of fine weather. Looks like next week will be great. Too bad we have to go home tonight.

Today I drove to Varna to meet lawyer Tsvatan and Mr. Georgi from the construction company. Eve was also there to translate. We went through all what’s been done so far in Solnik and the next step before construction. We still have to conclude the last piece of approval to the environment department for merging…

Today we have invited Vanjas family to an Norwegian lunch at Byala Residence, with food brought from Norway. They arrived with some beautiful flowers. Except for Plamen that is working in the Netherlands as an electrician. We brought with us different types of herring (pickled herring, tomato herring, spicy herring), smoked salmon, liver pie, shrimp…

We drive to Byala, first to look at the apartments for sale in Byala Panorama Resort. Great apartments and very nice place. After that we meet Evgeni and go to Byala Residence. This is located a little more centrally, but maybe a little further to the beach. So this is not going to be easy….

But first meet with LD properties and the lawyer at the lawyer’s office. It takes just over 2 hours from Primorsko to Varna. We choose the mountain road. Less traffic, but more convoluted and worse roads. Like Norwegian roads in some places. Roar gets the folder with all original deeds and maps. Ecotechbio ‘ltd’ now…
